Disappointed that delivery was later than expected. Over promised under delivered.

Easy to both to navigate the website and place an order, delivered and received in great time. No issues there. Let down by the claim 'slip-resisting' - this is so far from the truth and even worse after you've washed them just the once...
Pants arrived on time as expected.

It achieved what is expected of a paying customer . They asked for this review of the product 48 hours before it had been delivered !
