Started off really well, but Ince in the hook, dusinterestseemed to creep in.

Not great service, got a mail saying despatched, but no tracking information, when contacted them, said it was still to be processed, it can’t be both

Prices should be reduced with UK VAT when exporting due to that local VAT is added when importing.
Ordering seemed pretty straight forward and the price of the product I ordered was decent. But the delivery did take a very long time. I paid a premium for 48 hour delivery but product turned up a week later. I did speak to customer service, but was met with AI and generic answers which didn't solve my issue.
charged me for 24 hour delivery but could not fulfill, refused to refund delivery charge
The quality of the product is poor.
Haven’t received them yet.
