service very good but socks are too big for size 5 shoe. The socks keep slipping down and the feet are too large
The yoga socks I received were not as advertised and I returned them for a refund. They were advertised as being manufactured from 90% organic cotton and 10% spandex, but what I received was made of a different mixture with a much lower cotton content and polyester. My skin is extremely sensitive - the yoga socks were therefore useless as I couldn't have worn them.
Good service when we had a problem with the quality of an item. Helpful staff bur hit and miss whether you can get them on the phone, and they didn't ring back when I left a message, despite saying they would do so.
