Fine, no problems.
Beautiful socks, well presented, delivered on time - good. One disappointment - you advertise a 3 pair pack in black, grey and navy. I wrote to enquire if that was three different, or three the same in a pack. I did not hear from you, but hoped it meant one of each colour. Got the three black, and would have preferred different - just hope the recipient likes his birthday present.

Delivery was a little slower than predicted yet the products were are brilliant quality and an amazing price! Would 100% recommend the bamboo school socks if your child seems to think every other brand is uncomfortable!
Goods were delivered quickly. Returns process was simple to use.
Great range of Men's Burlington Socks in wonderful colours. They are very pricey though! Reliably quick delivery. Disappointed in free one-size cotton hosiery gloves - even though I take XS the thumb is too tight to fit comfortable.
The socks are secured together with a plastic tie which means you can't try them on without cutting it. Once cut you can't get a refund so puts me off buying through Sock Shop.
Competitive price and although delivery was fairly quickly they did not arrive on date promised.

Service was excellent. Ordered goods which were delivered on time. Will not buy again as knee highs a poor fit as they have very tight tops. It the comfort tops. Disappointed and expected better for price. May be perfect for some people just to for me.
Arrived quickly and packaged well. I would have given them 5 stars as they are very soft and comfortable but they feel a little small. I had the size 4 - 8 and I am only a size 4 - 5 in a shoe so I don't know how someone would get on with them if they were an 8. They seems fine for me although they do tend to ride down my foot a bit and I think it is because they are smallish.
Recommend & would buy again
On initially contacting you the items were out of stock. You said you would email when you had stock available. After a month I heard nothing and i called again and was told you had 90 pairs available. For that reason i gave a rating of four not five. Otherwise staff very helpful.
