The website was easy enough to use, and my order arrived before Christmas. However, I did expect a 'last date for orders to arrive before Christmas' to be specified, but I saw none. Also, I phoned the helpline around 16:10 on 23rd December and was surprised to hear a message stating that it was closed until Jan 2nd.
Very good - particularly like the range of 'soft top' socks especially the colour ranges, not just the usual grey or black choice. On the down side, the Bamboo socks are already wearing out - so probably won't be buying those again.

The service was good as was the cost and quality of the products ordered. Having a threshold for free delivery is also fine. Goods delivered as stated. The only thing stopping the awarding of 5 stars was the choice of a free gift. The choices were limited and I picked the white gloves, which were to small to wear...apart from that, I would buy from Sockshop again...
