Service eg delivery was as expected. I though that the product was over packaged - certainly as it wasn't a gift. The superior delivery box was too superior for my needs and I'm not sure of the purpose of the small bit off tissue paper in the sock other than to make a rustling sound. I've now got a single use cardboard box that's going direct to recycling and yes, it can be recycled, but there was energy used in its creation and now its destruction. It all adds up.
