very esay site to use, very quick despatch. It is difficult to get packs of the same colour sock - I wear several pairs of black & blue, but you only have one or two of each colour per pack. Thus if I want say 6 blue, I have to buy several packs, buit most of which I would never wear.Can you do packs of just one colour?

I love my new socks and they arrived very quickly. My only concerns are with unnecessary plastic. The socks came on little plastic hangers, which are of no use to anyone once they are not hanging up in the shop. Why not keep them, Sock Shop, and use them again? Also, I would have preferred my order packed in recycled, biodegradable packaging, rather than in a plastic bag.
I chose bamboo items specifically for ecological reasons, but each individual item was wrapped in non-recyclable plastic film!

Arrived on time. 2 pairs of socks - grey ones, good quality as I have had from Falke socks before. Other ones - brown- smaller, not as soft and were tight fitting. I have returned them to exchange. Easy returns procedure, so far but only just sent them back today.
Usually these are excellent. Well packaged, fast delivery and great products. Used them multiple times and have never had any issues at all. This time half of the socks had multiple plastic tags in which were so difficult to get out they resulted in damage to at least 3 pairs of the 5 I ordered. Such a shame. I'd still highly recommend them but they must have received a faulty batch.
