Quick efficient service - no problems at all
Shocking customer service! Royal Mail have lost my order and Sock Shop are refusing to refund my £50. I paid them for my order. It was not my fault my order is missing but the customer is to blame. I will be seeking legal aid and compensation in the New Year. I will never use Sock Shop again, their customer service team are rude and unhelpful. BEWARE.
