I will certainly buy again. I love the bamboo smooth toe seams. I got confused by the description, though. I ordered bamboo trainer socks, thinking they were smooth toe seams but they were not. I had to exchange them, which was very easy and postage paid, so really can't complain.

The socks are great but like everyone else these days you make it difficult for your customers to buy socks from you that fit. I take a size nine shoe so probably an eight and a half or even a nine would fit quite well. You make socks I think seven to nine and a half and somehow expect them to fit. Mine were too big which either means too much material at the toe or the heel of the sock on my ankle. Why you cant make socks in individual sizes and even half sizes but whole sizes would be an improvement and your customers could buy socks from you that fit. Sorry about the rant.

Royal Mail, after my prompting the postman , managed to deliver the items yesterday late after lunch, Having discussed the reasons why with the postman who appeared a little shame faced I was able to elicit that problems with staff were causing delays in our area , having received no mail for about 3 days this may be the case. I was surprised that I had to chase the postman after hearing the post come through the letterbox yesterday afternoon, and ask him to search his parcels to see if he had your product. If I hadn't I would still be waiting. It is patently obvious that Royal Mail is not up to the job and perhaps a change of delivery agent may be appropriate

I am very pleased with my order 5325739 that I ordered for my 85 year old wife who has dementia. However when I was putting the socks on for my wife I noticed a small slit in one sock just on top of the big toe. Otherwise the socks are very good quality. G. Smith
