Very simple website and everything in stock. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so I submitted a returns form but didn’t receive a confirmation email that SockShop had received this. I have sent my product back and hopefully I receive the correct size this time. If I payed attention the service of SockShop would be exceptional!

The bamboo socks are nice, little on the large side. The Farah socks are no good for wide feet, my feet are an H width. They are too tight. Both socks seem well made. Service and delivery were excellent, just disappointed with the narrow socks

I ordered light grey socks and received the online acknowledgement. I subsequently received an email confirmation of my order, but the colour had been changed to charcoal. I phoned customer service who assured me these socks were not available in charcoal. When the socks arrived, they were light grey as ordered.

The only aspect of the service I would have liked was to have received an email after I had placed my order to confirm it had been received, until having to wait until I received an email telling me that my order had been despatched. Otherwise, the service was excellent.
