Postage is not too pricey and delivery was quick. Packaged well.
The service from this store is really top-tier. Items are despatched quickly and I received my order well within the delivery time frame. Well packaged in environmentally friendly materials. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone.
Delivery could have been quicker but overall a good service
No problem with Sockshop whose service is always fast, but Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address even though the package was clearly and correctly marked. Luckily I have honest neighbours. This was the first time this has happened but my local service is now very poor (only delivering mail twice a week now) so really hope it doesn't happen again as I will definitely be ordering more socks
Easy to order and speedy delivery although I would criticise using Royal Mail as they give a 4 hour window for delivery which meant I had to hang around all morning.
