Well made socks,very comfortable, keep up well despite not having elastic. Unfortunately my first choices were out of stock, but happy with the ones I bought. Posted to me very quickly.

Although I love the colours, the quality and speed of service I was very disappointed with the last set of socks because of the size. My daughter bought me several pairs for Christmas - they were perfect. I ordered 6 different coloured ones from the same range as she had ordered. The new socks were much larger (and I am on the small size in the range). Please see attached photo. Both socks have been washed. All new six socks are larger by about an inch length and also width.
Sock Shop was very efficient and responded to my order very quickly. However, I didn't feel that the socks were as good as the previous Elle bed socks .that I have bought in the past. They are very short in the leg and come off easily in bed.

Good service. But you could improve one point. You charged my credit card in euros (because I live in Greece), but the card itself is denominated in sterling. That means that Visa will charge me a large fee for a non-sterling transaction. You should give users the option to choose the currency in which their card will be debited.
Nice socks, would recommend them to friends.
