Arrived three days after purchase as expected
Product is good quality and was delivered 4 days after order. There was a problem in the system and I didn't get an email confirming my order but a quick call to customer service confirmed what I needed to know. If I hadn't had to make the call then this would be a 5 star review. Overall I would recommend to others.

It was agood service but I ordered 3 pairs seperately and paid 3 lots of postage. Sock shop put 2 pairs in 1 package reducing the postage but I did not get any benefit. Socks arrived within 48 hours.
Arrived in good time but never received email acknowledgement as expected. Pleased with socks but the pink turned out to be orange

The delivery is good and the quality of the product - Pringle Button Fly Boxer- is excellent. The only problem is you never know quite what you might be getting, and they even tell you "You might receive 2 button or 3 button". The problem here is based on past experience. The 3 button is cut smaller and therefore a different size. My latest order anticipated this and went one size larger only to receive the 2 button which would be perfect one size smaller. All of these products have a manufacturers number and I'm certain the 3 button is different to the 2 button. I am therefore at a loss to know why this confusion is allowed to happen. I also notice the website illustration of the Special Offer Boxer @ £8.99 - 3rd one half price, is 2 button but is detailed as 3 button in the description. Summing Up! Delivery- Good. Quality- Excellent. Detail- Needs Improving.
Delivery came on time.Partner was pleased with socks. I however expected the socks to have a cashmere feel as I bought a pair of bamboo socks elsewhere for myself and they had a softer feel. However these socks are good for the price- may need to try the more expensive bamboo socks for the cashmere feel I'm looking for.
