Hi the socks seemed ok but they did slip under the back of my heel when walking.

Very slow delivery
It was easy to order and my goods arrived in a few days. The socks however are supposed to be cooling socks but they don’t work. They are comfortable to wear though.
Really lovely well-made items. However they seem to be made in China meaning that any sustainability benefits of using bamboo are probably more than reversed by air miles and the fossil fuel energy footprint of manufacturing in that country. Also, while the paper/card based packaging materials they came in were very good, there was too much unnecessary plastic inside - no-one needs tiny plastic hangers for knickers and socks!
not as good as my previous pairs .only wore once and a hole appeared in the toe .will try the other two and see what happens

Good product but very disappointed the socks were labelled as ‘mens batman and robin socks’. Gender stereotypes shouldn’t be a thing these days. My daughter loved them nonetheless
I bought 4 prs long bamboo socks, dark blue, brown, red, grey, all of which are supposed to have flat seams. Upsettingly, the grey pair do not. Of course I put them on before I found this out so doubt I can exchange them now. The other 3 prs are very comfortable and stay up well without cutting into your calves. I would recommend them with the proviso that you check all the toe seams before you try them on! I'm disappointed because that's a pair of socks wasted as having type 1 diabetes means that I really cannot risk wearing them.

I ordered navy and grey long socks in packs of two pairs. The navy are great but the grey came as one grey and one black, not two grey. It doesn’t say you only get 1 grey pair. So it was a bit annoying as I didn’t really want black! Probably would be good to accurately describe what is being purchased.
Great customer service but I find all the bamboo socks stretch a lot during wearing and end up wrinkled around my ankles. However the colours are great and beautiful soft feel.
The product was fine and delivered in good time. However when purchasing, one is not informed that Irish taxes will apply to the purchase.
