The package was not sent directly to me by the postal office and could have been lost, destroyed by rain or stolen! Luckily I can trust my neighbours who found it outside on the front door of the building and brought it inside to the door of my appartment. I was very satisfied with the quality of your products (although I 'd like there to be all organic cotton men's socks available, with 5toes and no anti-slip bottom, as to be used with 5toes shoes), the packaging was ok and the time of arrival as well. Your site is easy to navigate and I liked the recommendations.
They were very helpful I rang the wrong number and the Sunday and the got the customer service team to ring me back on the Monday at a specific time.
Bit of a faff to find what I wanted, but they had them at good price. Delivery was faster than I'd expected.
Quick and efficient ordering system. I would have given 5 star but for the fact that there was a problem when trying to pay via PayPal. I undestand that SockShop have now addressed the problem.
Prompt delivery good as expected
Have only just received the socks and worn one pair yesterday. Feel soft and with size 8 feet they were not tight (always a bonus) and astoundingly pulled my socks up first thing in the morning and they stayed up all day. Very comfortable and most impressed. The only reason 4 stars as I thought I had bought a 2 pack of navy knee high socks when there was one pair of navy and one pair of mid blue (not so appropriate for work). The 2 pack of black knee high socks are both black which is good. Would definitely recommend.
