It meets a need for the older generation like me at 84 who cannot so easily shop around town. Quality goods on the Web are a great help.

The service in the shop was excellent and the online service very efficient. However the Hotsox I wanted were not available at the shop causing me a wasted trip and additional postage costs.

UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail's 2nd Class service, though we do ask customers to allow 7 days in case of postal delays. I would love to review my order, but alas, I am still waiting for it to arrive. You shipped it quite a while ago, so I am assuming it is on a very slow moving ship.
