Would have been excellent but the search facility needs persistence. It did not bring up XJ11 socks and I had to phone Sock Shop - they said try putting Thorlo in. I still did not find XJ11 I think I found them eventually in running socks.

I find the ordering and processing procedure v efficient but maybe not your fault but I ordered this order 10 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet !! V disappointed as it Was for a birthday gift which has now passed

Your order was dispatched on 9/1/16 via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes approximately 5 working days for delivery, though we do ask customers to allow 10 days in case of postal delays.
