Great prices, free gift and online discount code. Only drawback was stock level not same as shown on website. 1 item I paid for was missing from delivery with a note explaining it wasn't available :( . They did enclose a 15 percent discount voucher for future order.

At Christmas you shouldn't use branded bags for posting as it gives the game away!!

Thank you for your recent order and your feedback. We do state on our delivery information page the following, to avoid ruining any surprises! "We take pride in packing our orders so that you receive your items in the best condition. Our orders will be sent out with a SockShop label on the front so if this is for a gift and you do not want people to know that you have bought something from SockShop then please advise us directly after placing the order, informing us that you do not want any branding on the outside of your parcel." Free delivery took 10 days - well after this feedback requested. As service has been exemplary in the past, I put this down to Xmas post rush. Your feedback request timing did cause some anxiety.

I loved the products however I was not happy that the delivery arrived to my billing address as opposed to the delivery address I put. Whilst Christmas is a busy time with a lot of orders being processed, please take the time to notice different billing and delivery addresses being placed.

We do have a separate field to add the delivery address at the checkout stage, but if the "add this address" button is not selected, this will default to the billing address.
