delivery was on time and good, they are for Christmas presents so not used yet.
I was frustrated by the website's back button which reverted to the beginning of the goods menu, so I had to review every single item again and again, it took hours to make a simple order which should have taken minutes. Items arrived 2 days after ordering and no rip off postage charge.

Very satisfied until this last order which was the incorrect item but must say when I notified ,the replacement was sent straight away and the lady with whom corresponded with was most polite and helpful.
I was pleased to discover sock shop on line as there are no local branches. It was good to select a pair of socks at a reasonable price and not part of a multi pack.
