The socks are good quality and arrived quickly. The advertised free gift was not included however.

I am a size 5 shoe and so bought size 4 - 8 socks. As they have to stretch to a size 8 it is not surprising that there is the tendency for the heel to slide up the back of my ankle, especially when sliding my foot into a slip on shoe. Otherwise the rating would have been excellent

The site wasn't quite clear with the sizes, so I ended up ordering the wrong size for myself. Had to do an exchange straight away. Customer service were really swift and helpful.

My only criticism of the buying process is that I didn't receive an email to confirm my order which I think is a legal requirement.

normally sock shop is excellent but this time I am on holiday and wore the socks for first time . One pair has a small hole by the big toe and I have had to throw them away. The other two pair seem ok

There was an easy talk over the phone to order the socks but previously I had spent half an hour trying to order on line. The on line order only recorded 3 of the 4 socks I wanted at that stage and I could not add the pair I wanted. It was also not clear to me how to get the type of shock i wanted which I have used before ( I should have put "Left " and "right" in the search box but did not know that until I rang up. The search for "Falke" did not bring it up. However I like the make of sock (Falke) provided so decided to make the effort and ring Sockshop. The eventual order taking and delivery were excellent.
