My order arrived quickly and I would have put an excellent rating, except that the confirmation email stated that I would be notified when my order was dispatched, but no notification was received. The first I knew that everything was OK was when I actually received my order. A small criticism, I know.

I order clothes on line quite a lot but compared to this Sockshop website for ordering is not very clear and a bit confusing

Ordering online and the actual products were perfect, only let down was the courier service UPS made it difficult to actually get the parcel. May put me off in the future.
