Have been told the parcel should have arrived in 7 days and hasn't. Royal mail have not even received the package 7 days after order was placed. Even with strikes if the parcel was given to Royal mail when they said it was there would not be any problem.

Sock shop were fine, however, trying to return the item via Royal mail was a nightmare, system kept crashing constantly, gave up in the end. Won’t be using sock shop while they continue to use Royal mail for returns.

Wrong sizing listed online. When I pointed this out I had to deal with very rude customer service. I still have not received a refund.
