Free gift wasn't in parcel assume out of stock but no note. Used post office to deliver so was carded on the Friday and spent an hour Saturday driving to depot and queuing for the parcel. Socks are lovely and did get free delivery ad spent over 40 pounds. Packaging good.

The Jeep socks had no cushioned feet that I could tell, the other socks ordered were much better. Shame about the Jeep socks they are comfy but not as advertised.

Hi I have always been very pleased with my past purchases ,but I am disappointed in the cosy bedsocks they are not I feel to your usual standard .

Socks were great, very soft. Cost of postage was shocking. Cost more than the socks !!!

Nice socks which arrived in good time. One sock of the 3 pairs had a hole in them. I reported this to customer service with an accompanying photo which was followed by a swift response and a part refund a few days later. A situation that could have been avoided if the item had been checked before despatch.

The customer team were quick to respond as I had to send my product back, as they were too small. I was quite disappointed as the website boasts that they have up to XXXL, but they don't stock all tights in that size. Being disabled they would have been the perfect addition to my wardrobe

The person answering the call was lacking some customer service skills. No thank you for calling or placing your order etc which all other companies have trained their staff to do. This would have ensured 5 star rating. Company needs to give more training to staff.

Even though they are advertised as havi g smooth toes seams the seams are really quite bulky which will make them painful for me to wear. Disappointed…
