Speaking to their customer service team and speaking to a wall would’ve had the same outcome. Called on Wednesday to ask where my package was. Purchased the 48hr delivery option as I was as moving addresses. Needless to say, had they fulfilled the order with the shipment option purchased, I would’ve received my items. Rang the team to ask where my item was (on the day it should’ve been delivered) and they said there was nothing they could do other than “speaking to them” (referring to Sockshop colleagues). Was told I’d receive an email back, to which I asked about what for, and the customers service rep replied with, ‘about stuff and your order’. Did I receive anything back? No. Honestly speechless by the level of incompetence and willingness to support a customer. Won’t ever be buying from these guys ever again.
Improve service by packing the Order CORRECT brought a buy 1 get 1 free item paid for the 2 only received one not happy I have been in contacted order being rectified however not received any msgs or parcel
The most comfortable socks I ever ever had, they wash well and keep their shape. So easy to take on and off, stay in place without leaving a mark. Perfect!
If I could put 0 I would. Rubbish service still waiting for my delivery 2 weeks on. Apparently I gave the incorrect address....which I didn't as I know where I live. They said they would let me know when it would be delivered but I still have heard NOTHING!!! Not happy
I order some bamboo socks which developed a hole after just 2 hrs wearing. I have had to call twice to get someone to contact me about a replacement or refund. Still waiting.
The only online shop where you have to order 2 lots to get a bogof. Most add the freebie at checkout. Despite discussions with customer services several times I was forced to return my order for a full refund (their standard terms) and will have to re-order. What a waste of time effort and money.

You took cash then send me an email saying sorry item is not available even though YOU CHARGED ME.then you ask me to give alternative.i rang you.A woman who sounded confused said I will have to speak to my colleague l will ring you back.I wanted a REFUND so you sent me a colour which I never asked for. sent in a horrible color.NO ONE RANG ME BACK.Took MY CASH AND GUUESS NO ONE will NOT BE SENDING YOU ANY any more orders.
They have not been delivered to my house, despite changing the delivery address Netherlands was left on there, what can I say?
Train staff to pick items of the colour ordered.
Socks are ok, but a touch over priced for what they are by about 20%. Dispatch was fast but they used royal mail tracked delivery, which meant they weren't actually delivered and I had to go collect them myself defeating the point of paying for delivery. I'd recommend going to a shop and buying socks, slightly cheaper for the same quality.
I have not received my purchase. very upset about it.
By stocking better quality products. By offering refunds to customers where products have been proven as inferior.
Service fine ,will see how we get on when I complain about the terrible quality . Want to return them all. Dangerous as they are so sloppy they come off your feet when walking .
Was sent the wrong size trousers ordered 36 waist received 32in waist
