Service was OK. Quality of product poorer than expected
I ordered soft top socks and the bamboo ones were perfect as always, but the 2 pairs of wool socks were far too loose.
The product is perfect. The cost is a huge problem as customs and VAT bill had to be paid before i received delivery and this cost was unknown at time of purchasing the products. If I had known the total cost earlier I would not have purchased as the bill ended up being far too exoensive
There was a small hole at the top of one of the socks!
The socks label states they are listed for large or swollen legs !! I don`t have large/swollen legs. Therefore they are not suitable for me
Just average, the postage is high for just a couple of pairs of socks.

Basically the material, and price is very good, but they don't prevent 'ring'marks in my skin above and below my ankles, which is why I bought them in the first place!
My wife purchased 1 pack of Farah M white seamless pants for me, perfect fit, excellent. I ordered 3 packs Farah M black seamless pants, opened all 3 packs, wore one pair but SMALL or totally different feel and size so could only send 2 packs back. Have since ordered another pack in white M and fit perfectly. So somewhere along the road your QC has gone a rye -

Reduce postage charges
The parcel arrived on time and ordering was simple. However one of the pairs the material was different from the advert. I thought at least an acknowledgment or apology would have been forthcoming but nothing. So although buying was easy and quick no after sales
The socks are not to the standard of previous ones I wash them inside out on low temperature but they have gone old looking very quickly.
