I still haven't received my socks. I don't have a tracking code as well.
I have not received any socks from your self yes I ordered them but nothing has arrived
I placed an order ans somehow it ended up goi g to my old (very old) address and then was returned to sender. I emailed your customer services over a week ago to try to sort this out and have had no reponse
I wore them literally once (today for the first time) and I have HOLES on both socks.
Clarity around customs charges to Ireland post brexit would be helpful. Spent 15 euro on socks and had to pay a further 8 euro to customs. Unfortunately won't be using again on that basis.
Check sizes against another pair of socks before sending them out cos they're not the same
Don't lie about free gifts and make out its my fault. Mat be your customer support team needs to go on a customer care course; so they know what being polite, and helpful is! Will never buy from them again.
The navy, knee high pop socks could definitely not be described as navy. They are a much paler, teal type colour. My first and last purchase from sockshop.
Excellent goods and service,but,unfortunately the goods were too big for me. Sock shop’s returns process was second to none. I will use them again

Socks continually slip off feet therefore not fit for purpose
Useless!!!!! Do not fit my husbands feet. Barely come up to the back of his heel . Gave them to the step daughter 😂
Item not delivered/received. Order placed 23 August, now 30th August
When phoning the lady she had to ask all my details as order no was not good enough. Took ages and still no confirmation to get socks.
I received an email saying the socks were returned to sender as the address was incomplete, I contacted customer service and received a blunt, quite impolite reply saying they will resend when received back. They are now stuck in the Royal Mail system going back and forth and not delivered to either party. I have contacted customer service a few times and told I will not get a refund until they receive them, but when will that be?? I have reordered the socks on priority as they are a gift, and received these perfectly the next day. My biggest grip is the blunt, almost rude responses I am receiving from customer support!! Such a shame for a decent company
