Unfortunately the goods had a manufacturing defect, not what you expect from a reputable brand
I wanted brown socks. It was Hobson's choice. What I didn't want in mid summer was thick socks for cold weather, but this was not in the description. I take a size 9. Yes, this is covered by 6 to 11 but they are snug on my feet an tight on my calves.
The service was good but a button came off the boxers when only worn once
Service was good socks not so much, bought some of the bamboo socks washed before wearing - they went into a hole on the first time they were worn.
Great quality, but the fit is a little large.
I am pleased with the shape, colour and texture of the socks but when I unpacked one pair i found a pinhole in the heel. I would like a replacement but where do you want me to send the damaged pair .
The socks I ordered arrived quickly & I was very happy with them. However, when I tried to order more there was a message stating they could not be delivered to where I live.
Rubbish delivery took 4 days paid for 2 day delivery
Socks were not supposed to mark calves, but they do. This restricts blood flow to my foot as only have one leg. Restriction caused loss of left leg.
I normally like all the socks I have bought from you but the elle socks just keep sliding down into my shoes
It's not the service it's the product
Not happy with purchases. Not a good idea to sekect items without trying them first, but with this type of footwear it is not an option
Great service and delivery, but disappointed with the quality of sock. No toe reinforcement so will probably hole quickly. Impressed with the way the socks stay on however.
the blue ribbed socks on speciel offer seemed very small and tight around the ankle for a 7/11 size and I gave them to my grand son far to tight for a size 9 shoe not worth sending back as post to expensive pete jennings
