I ordered my items on 6 April and have still not received my order. Had to chase by phone today. Said they would look into it & call me back. Didn’t, so I called again. Received no apology until I pointed out I hadn’t actually had one from them. Apparently they are sending them out again tomorrow.

Socks are supposed to fit 4-7 ladies & I am a size 5, they are much too big so will not buy them again. The service is good & they always arrive quickly. I will stick to buying Pringle socks in future as usual.

I like the way the socks are packaged. The top of the socks would stop my blood flow, are not comfortable and leave a mark. I don’t like them.

Not received item as it had been sent to wrong address. When I rang for replacement the girls were really helpful but still have not received item which is disappointing as I have used sock shop before and I had no problems.

Unfortunately sock shop customer services did not act on the change of delivery details I completed 4 minutes after purchasing items and realising it had incorrect address linked via my apple pay. I completed the form as directed within the hour of order but for some reason this was not acted upon and now my order is “lost”! Disappointed in service.

The service was prompt but the quality of the product was poor Two pairs of socks worn once and washed in the machine came out with a hole in exactly the same place on ach pair. Disappointed

I purchased: 1 Pair Glenmuir Cotton Cushioned Golf Socks Brigade M ( Red colour) They started unravelling within 2 hours of wearing them unfortunately. Thread evereywhere. Can't wear as they leave a trail of red thread wherever I walk.

I have not received my socks ! I have made many phone calls and am getting no help about this , I have paid my money but I have received nothing . I wanted to take the socks on my holiday but I have been and come back 2 weeks ago !
