Rapid service but I expected Slipper Socks to have non slip soles
The quality of 2 sets of socks is not high. They feel rough on the skin.
In nearly every respect SockShop performed exceedingly well e.g online ordering, promptness of delivery etc. Unfortunately from my point of view, the socks ordered were too long in the leg and had to be returned. Even so, SockShop did very well in keeping me notified about a refund.
Received 2 deliveries instead of 1!
The one pair I have worn up to now are bitting and fraying already. I have only worn them in the flat and on one ten mile hike I don’t think there will last 1000 miles hiking.
I am hoping that the socks that I have just bought will last longer than the bamboo socks I bought previously. They went into holes in a matter of months.
Slow to arrive. Very helpful telephone staff .
Late delivery despite 1st class post. Royal mail tracking was hopeless. They were lost in transit but I was un able to track where they were or time. Grandchildren had gone back to school by the time they arrived.
Delivery was fast and efficient. However, some of the bamboo socks bought were connected so tightly together with plastic tags that on releasing them there were pulls in the material. Also, I really miss the Sockshop colour burst cotton socks as these were much more substantial than the new equivalent in bamboo. I would be more than happy to pay more for organic cotton socks.

These were well made but didn't fit the use I wanted them for, so sent them back and ordered some others that were not so thick and bulky.
Service was good and speedy delivery
I'm not sure about these yet -they are quite big -I'm a five so if you were size 4 they would be very big. Hoping they shrink a bit!
They came pretty quick.
Welt on socks not soft enough still leaves a mark on my ankle. Old pair I had made of a softer material I think. Disappointing.
