I bought two pairs of Thorlo ski socks at a reduced price. One pair had a hole at one of the seam joints. I was only offered a refund (£17) and not a replacement. As a consequence when I bought a single pair I had to pay the full price of £22. So the faulty socks cost me £5 extra (and I wasn't at fault) whereas if I was offered a replacement it would have cost me nothing.

After wearing the socks one day, they had holes in the toes. Two pairs. I returned all ten pairs. Dreadful quality. I would have given no stars if possible. Then the customer service manager was Curt and rude when I complained about them!!

Poor quality product. Worn once then washed. Seams breaking up and bobbling over base of sock. I don’t expect these to last very long. Disappointed.

Bought these because I had to chuck new 5 p[ack from M&S because they were so huge and shapeless and these are just as bad. I'm size 5.5 and I dread to think what they would be like on the size 4 they claim to fit. They just pool and bag in my shoes and are awful. Where can I find socks that =fit my size properly?

Rubbish, they offered free delivery then charged for delivery. I emailed them and asked me to send a copy of their email which I did. They haven't replied to my two further emails just sent several marketing emails. I wouldn't recommend them to a dog!

Good price, a repeat purchase - Ordered a week ago and still awaiting delivery. Sockshop use Royal Mail 48hr delivery. I have tried to track on RM website with no success. Told by Sockshop not to take too much notice of estimated delivery dates ! I really don't think I will be making future purchases
