Poor customer service takes your money and doesn’t give a dam after that. No help whats so ever with an none received order.

I never received my order and I cannot figure out how to track it.
The order was delivered to the wrong house (not your fault) but was refunded very quickly as there was no more stock of the items I wanted. So I ordered them from another company at an extra cost of £8, only for my order to be delivered by SockShop.
I haven't received any of your socks as yet and am still awaiting their delivery
Where is the rest of my order??? Ordered 7 packs only got sent 1 .please can you send me the missing 6 packs. Thank you.
Purchased 2 pairs and hole in the toes after one wear. Straight in the bin
Supplied wrong socks, unable to make contact either by phone, left 3 messages still waiting, tried chat room still waiting, sent a email and no reply. You tell me what the next step is? I hardly think the line below is appropriate, do you?
in short, i ordered two multi packs of socks. one of the packs (a 2 pack) had a sock that had a hole in the toe seam. i immediately emailed and asked can i return the 1 pair for an exchange. i was told no its not our policy you have to return the whole pack and request a replacement. This i did but instead of a replacement i got a refund via paypal as this is how i paid. No communication off sockshop to say what they were doing or why. So if i want a replacement i have to pay postage again. This is not customer service is it.
I have an email askijg for a ratinmg, but no socks yet. So, what can I say? 1 star, clearly.
I ordered 4 pairs of colourburst bamboos socks, I was horrified that each of these came on a little plastic hanger which is no good to me and only fit for landfill. Come on Sock Shop you can do better than this

Delivery was very good. My wife is very pleased with her socks.
You are using a terrible mail delivery solution, i received two texts and several emails informing me 'your item is on the way!!!' 'track your item here!!!' (when all the info you get is; 'your item is in transit')....then 'hurrrah your item has arrived!' well, it hasn't.. so i phoned up 'dont worrry.. it always says that it should turn up in a few days' i was told, well it still hasn't arrived, and all notifications have stopped. So fustrating, please provide a proper mailing service.
Awful, would never use again. Parcel sent out with half the address missing. Royal Mail unable to deliver. Contacted customer services and was told a replacement order couldn't be sent until the initial parcel was received back. Although it was clear on the tracking what had happened and it was en route back to them. Terrible customer service. Replacement should've been sent immediately.
