I ordered all white socks, but half were dispatched in black!
Paid for delivery - still hasn't arrived yet...
Wrong item supplied although did resolve the situation and send out the correct item.
I didn't get my free gift I was offered I chose a pair of heavy duty socks
Gloves arrived in wet envelope and was disappointed that they were not wrapped in plastic within the envelope. Gloves are for a present, and I had to squeeze the water out of them and dry them. Should be in another bag within postal envelope.
Slow to deliver I have not received my order yet.

I've ordered the goods last Sunday (29 Nov) and except for the Order confirmation I haven't heard a word about the dispatch date. I still haven't received my order (6 Dec).
I am still waiting to receive the socks I ordered.
Have not received my order yet
Hi I placed an order last week and was told that I would receive a confirmation email. I didn't receive one and made contact via your website asking for confirmation. I haven't received either a confirmation email or a reply, so am not happy as I am waiting for these to be delivered and don't know if my payment went through or not. As you can suspect, I am not happy with this.
