Normally there is no problem at all and I find Sockshop very good but this time I was sent the wrong product which was a nuisance as it was for a present.

Arrived very quickly however was expecting better quality but these are simply cheap socks, just with quotes from a cult teenage film. Worth the discounted price, just about, but they are not worth the full price. However, my daughter will love them as a stocking filler for Christmas and delivery was fast

Can't fault the order/delivery/return process at Sockshop. Ordered boys knee high bamboo navy socks as I did last year and the quality has really gone downhill since 2019. These new ones bobbled after their first wash and the fabric is so much thinner, quite see through and far less robust. Very disappointed and I can't return these as I've washed them. I won't buy again.

Fast delivery and products received correctly however upon taking the labels off a hole appeared where the tag was on both pairs of socks. So was not happy with that and due to the sockshop policy I can't send the socks back. So not very happy because the quality is definitely not where it should be

The website wsa problematic in that I live in the US and was shipping to a friend in the UK but the box to change the shipping/billing address is hard to see and I missed it and accidentally shipped the order to myself instead so had to place a second order to ship to my friend. Also the shipping defaults changed and so I got charged worldwide shipping for her but uk shipping for me. It was problematic. The socks that arrived were not the quality I had hoped for but you can't tell from a picture on the web. My friend liked hers though and that's all that mattered. Perhaps because my legs are larger, they stretched the socks to a see-thru point which I didn't like. I'm refering to the novelty socks. I did buy her a pair of longer, thicker socks that seemed to be excellent quality. So I give it a so-so rating. If I'd been more careful, the website ordering issues could have been avoided. She liked her socks, while I'm unhappy with mine.

They have changed the style and sizing of their classic nylon tights, they are too short in the legs and they are darker in shade and shinier, disappointed after many years of buying the same brand, size and style.

After one wear of a pair of bamboo boxer shorts, the seam has split. I saw that this had happened to others, so have raised the issue. Still waiting to hear back.

Because your web site does not include XP Some of us still use XP as do most ATM's !

Service is as good as ever. The quality of the socks not this time. Small fit (even with ordering a size up) and the material nothing special.
