Returns service. People who don’t have a printer, or a computer, can not use the free returns carrot. I had to payto return my socks. Send a prepaid returns sticky label. It makes you less sure to place an order, if you don’t have a computer.
No issues to report on SOCKSHOP's service.
My little girl has sock sensory issues and these socks have sorted the broblem.... However they do not wash good. After one wash they look like theyve been washed 100 times and all bobbly.
I am still waiting for my first parcel i make the order nearly 3 months ago and still waiting to come back from greece,second order arrive within 2 days exellent.
when I have bought socks from sock shop before they have been beautifully presented in a lovely coloured box. The socks were jumbled up in a brown jiffy envelope. All mixed up inside. Very disappointed, as I bought them for a Christmas present
Just not the solution to my life long search for soft, cushiony all-cotton socks like those that have survived me for 20 years. Pringles ones have a scratchy - almost wiry texture that make my feet quite sore. An expensive mistake, because I bought 6 pairs! Soft cotton socks should be out-of-mind the moment they are on. I certainly wouldn't like to run in them.
Not bad, feel nice and soft. Delivery didn't take too long. But only worn twice and they have a hole in them already.
So many lines were out of stock but there was no way I could see to filter for instock versus out of stock. Had to spend a lot of time clicking to find anything available. Bit annoying when you need pants in a rush. But got there in the end.
They could have been clearer where these socks were made, I went to the sock shop because I had read they sell socks made in the UK but was disappointed to find these were made in China.
Got a pair off odd socks
Pringle are a very good sock manufacturer and I always like their products. I liked the colours that Sockshop had and decided 2 buy 2 packets. I ordered Arthur from the Pringle collection, red and navy. When they arrived, it was red (as ordered) and black (instead of the navy, which I really wanted). I would have preferred to have been asked & I would have picked something other. It is for this reason that 3 stars are awarded instead of 5. I am a customer of Sockshop, bought off them in the past & will do so later. However, if they do not have a particular type, then would prefer to be told.
Socks lovely and comfortable but had a home in them before use !!
Wrong size sent should have beenm 30/32 other wise wood have biin 5 star
Product listed as xl (16) but was easily size 20.
