If you’d sent the feedback request together with a discount off my next order, I might have been more inclined to take the time to fill in an excellent review. Show your customers you value them instead of asking for them to give their time up to boost your sales!!

Unable to review as original parcel had incorrect/incomplete address and was returned to sockshop by royal mail.Hoping to receive parcel in next few days.

Quick efficient delivery but I suspect that the low price of the socks is related to the equally low quality of the product.

Despite my extreme care when ordering, the parcel was delivered to my house along with my order. One order should have gone to my son who lives 70 miles away. I have had to send them to him by courier. Socks are fine.

I have no complaint regarding the quality of the socks ordered, but am somewhat aggrieved concerning the ordering process on line. As I was completing my order, the screen displayed an offer of a second pack for half price (or free!). After several attempts to take advantage of this, the offer never came to completion and if I ordered a second pack, my basket showed the sum of £15.98. I was not prepared to continue that purchase, so completed my order for the one pack, plus postage. I have used your website before and have always been very satisfied, so was somewhat disappointed with the outcome of this experience.

I paid for 48 hour tracked delivery, I ordered Friday 7th August approx 5.15pm and the socks did not arrive until Thurs 13th August. I know that delivery is out of your control, but thought you should be made aware.

They are not as loose around the ankle as they should be for diabetic socks and they are too thick and very hot to wear in summer. Also some of the elastic acted tops were a little frayed. A little disappointed with product.

Although it’s nice and smooth at the toes but as I have a slim feet it tend to be very loose fitting and the gentle top becomes floppy.

Good website, easy to order, and the socks look fine. However, you gave me last Thursday, 30th July as the delivery date and they did not arrive until this morning, Monday 3rd August.

The website states all purchases over £40 will be free of charge. I intended to purchase 2 sets of 3 Y-fronts which cost more than £40 but you tried to charge me postage. When I increased my purchase to 3 sets it went through free of postage.

The service itself was fantastic. Prompt delivery. Easy to order. I was really disappointed with the quality of the products though. If I hadn't of opened them before realizing how poor the quality was, design, fabric. Then I would have returned the lot.
