First socks I bought looked perfect but were very thin, I called and asked for advice kn thicker sock and was advised the info is on the website but further down the page than I had looked. Went back onto site, spent hours going through all descriptions, fine, regular and thick. As I didn't want fisherman's socks I bought pringle regular as they looked thicker zoomed in but they weren't. I have kept all 3 sock packs as my son tried on the pringles, still too thin, and will give other packs as presents to hopefully be worn as I can't get to the post office to return them .

The service was excellent its jusg a shame the sizing is so big .

Speedy service but not what I ordered. It was unusual because I have bought higher. underwear without problems so far. Until I get what I actually ordered I can't rate you any higher.

I ordered one size and you sent much larger pairs so you lost outb on a 360 sale and I had the incovenience of having to return it and have lost trust in sockshop

Product delivered promptly, but colours of 2 out of 3 pairs of socks were not as they looked on the website.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks, buy one get the second half price, unfortunately I was charged full price, delivery was very quick and arrived within 3 days, the quality is much better than I thought

Quality did not match what I expected, looks cheap

One of the Marian Shoe Liner split at the back as I was putting it on and the Pringle writing came off of each liner. I had these before and this is first time that this happend.

On line order did not go through. Phoned them to order. The 2 payments showed on my bank account for 3 days. Eventually sorted out and I do like the socks. But would be careful reordering

Fast delivery of underwear and a very good price. The trunks have Korean labels inside though, so clearly not UK stock. Hopefully they are genuine CK. Tried to call the helpline a few times to discuss, but call was never answered. Left a message on voicemail, but haven't heard back. Disappointing after sales service.

Couldn’t fault service and quick delivery but got a hole in one sock the first time I wore them. ☹️

Pringle socks advertised as seamless toe but not the case, bought previously without problem - website description needs updating if Pringle have changed the design

Pleased I could find these socks . They appeared to be rather large for women’s socks and unfortunately pull easily and after the first wash bobbles have appeared.

Good service but the loafer socks are overpriced and not good for the purpose. I tried one pair for half-hour and it is continuously coming off the foot, worse than cheaper ones. Will send them back for a refund.

Needed for detail on the sock length to decide which would be best purchase for my needs
