Delivery O.K.-quality disappointing -finish is poor -bits of cotton everywhere and at least one sock (not all checked yet) has a ladder in it! Not worn yet so unable to comment on comfort or how they feel when in use!

I haven't bought these socks so, it's hard to say!

Good prices, fast delivery. But was disappointed that it stated free delivery and free gift if you spent over £40.

I specified online that delivery to be left over the gate (next to front door) if no reply. So what do I find upon my return - parcel dumped at front door, and not dropped over the gate. - I ask you, what is the point? Also a 2" split in the parcel bag

Quick delivery well packaged comfortable apart from waistband rolls down.

Five pairs - two bamboo, three for diabetic patients - Arrived in good time, nice materials, good colours, as I wished. I am a normal sized older lady, 14-16 clothes, normal size legs, and in my 70s. Sadly your soft top socks = both the ones for larger diabetic legs (neither of which I have!) left marks on my skin after a few hours - such a shame. Real indentations. I shall have to cut the tops off, and will still wear them, hopefully. I know it must be difficult to get socks not to fall down without some sort of elasticity - but I have had some in the past (manufacturers' names lost now, unfortunately - may even have been M & S). I have tried several kinds of so-called soft top socks, over the last few years but nothing seems to work. My leg circumference is 30cms where the top of your socks reach - do you test your 'soft top' socks on older legs? And for how long? That would help I am sure. It was good to see a range of colours that I've not been able to find on other sites. I remember your lovely shops!

Good quick service Bought Bamboo cotton socks, but the socks got fluffy after a day of use..

Socks in themselves are good - but the grip is not as "gentle" as others I have. For info. I am a slight build so grip could be quite tight on someone of a bulkier build.

Socks are too tight round the top and I've not got fat legs!

The problem related to delivery by Royal Mail. The items was shown on their tracking system as having been delivered on the Monday and the instructions were to complain to the sender. I telephoned Sock Shop who advised that they had found Royal Mail were advising that items had been delivered when they had not actually delivered the item, that they were very busy and to advise Sock Shop if not delivered by Friday. On Wednesday I telephoned Royal Mail and raised a complaint. However on the Thursday two very elderly persons who live on the next road, one on a walking frame, kindly came round with the package explaining that it had been delivered on the Monday to the same house number but on the next road.

I wish you hadn't used royal mail, my order seems to have disappeared. Apart from that, website etc was good.
