Terrible service, ordered goods on 25th May still not received on the 2nd June and I paid for royal mail tracked 24 delivery. Now they are asking me to rate the service and I haven't even received goods! My advice would be to shop elsewhere, very disappointing especially as was a present for birthday now long gone
Haven’t received my order yet, it’s been 6 days and I even made for fast delivery....
by sending the right order, i am 69 disabled and wanted, low ankle socks with the anti slip bobbles on the bottom, i have had 3 minor strokes, help me, how do i return them

I have worn the socks once and they have holes in the toe already. This is one star service.
If l had received my order,then perhaps l could have given an honest review.As yet still not received(17th April)- apparently Post office Southampton have had it since last week - allegedly out for delivery for Monday 12th April!!!%

I might have given SockShop more than a single star, if I had actually received the product, before they asked me to rate my experience. As it is, I am still waiting for my socks to arrive.
Ordered 2 items paid for 2 items only received 1 despite the invoice clearly indicating the quantity of 2 and paid. No feedback from customer service
Pringle socks are terrible quality, super thin cotton. What changed?
I ordered two pairs of 60 denier tights and received 100 denier tights instead. Not useful for Summer. Will be contacting their customer services team.
The roebuck socks that I bought that are primarily white with a turquoise toe when put in the wash on a cool setting have run turquoise onto both the white part of the new socks and to items that i included in this wash. It has ruined a duvet cover.
