I have not one complaint about Sockshop they were of a high standard, the low score was towards post office delivery which was terrible. The socks were as described and of good quality and price.

Very fast delivery. My partner is a size 12 shoe so this seemed best option to find socks big enough

Delivery was fast but one sock arrived with a hole so guess somehow it slipped through the quality check process.

Lovely socks, good colours, exactly the weight I like. Most women's socks are either too thin, or chunky boot socks, but these are just right. So, naturally, they have been discontinued, and all the others are either too thin or chunky boot socks. Also, you cannot search the website by fabric weight.

Product OK but shipping just awful. WHY merchants still use Royal Mail I dont know. Paid for 48hr tracked delivery which took 6 days. Then received a note in door saying 'cant deliver as no person home'....nonsense as we have been home in lockdown. Booked redelivery which took another 2 days. After delivery received email asking me to book redelivery??? Royal Mail are still in the dark ages.

I sent for some womens socks and unfortunately they were far to big for me. I tried them on so I couldn't send them back. They were that big that my husband had them. The socks I sent for were men's or women's. Perhaps they should mark that these socks are quite a big fit. I have been buying my sock from sock shop for a long time and I have never had this problem before. I have always been very happy with the socks I have had in the past. I will not be buying these type of socks again. I will continue buying my socks from here they have such a lovely choice.

The actual service is 5star, but the quality of the socks is not as good as two years ago.

The socks ordered were for size 7-11. The socks ordered were delivered promptly and are of good quality. However, they are too small to fit even a size 9 shoe fitting.

I was looking for cotton rich socks and could not sort the products on the site according to cotton content. Every item had to be clicked on separately. Seemingly very few socks with very high cotton content i.e. around 90%. Very time-consuming search. Also the socks seem to 'fit' a large range of foot sizes which means in practice that they don't fit perfectly for most, especially if you are around the 6-7 sizes.

Everything was good except for the "Gift Wrap" service, just a sock shop box, very disappointing.

As yet I have not received my parcel. Order no.6216220. I realise there are probably problems with mailing due to the current pandemic, but I thought it was time to check. Regards, Alison Robb

The delivery service was very good but when the goods arrived, they were much shorter than the picture implied and as the said boxers were advertised as “ long leg style “ It was very disappointing ! ....

Socks arrived promptly and are comfortable. Only 3 stars because one sock had a 1cm hole in it which I mended rather than have the hassle of returning during lockdown.

Service was fine, just not crazy about the socks!

Good delivery, but product size is out of step with other brands, so have to be returned.
