For the second time they have sent the wrong item

Arrived within a few days in lockdown☑️ Two sets of socks were exactly what was ordered but the third set was red/pink multicoloured which were far from the navy wanted, not the navy Naomi I had ordered. As it’s lockdown it was too much effort to return them and wait for the correct colour! Would put me off ordering again.

Their website was easy to use and their delivery was prompt.

My items arrived swiftly, but there was a defect with one item and despite contacting their customer service team I have heard nothing back. Considering the socks were moderately expensive it is disappointing.

My order still hasn’t arrived so I can’t really comment but I’ve been waiting a while now

Service good but pack of three black socks i ordered slide down and one pair first wear and wash have a hole in them already. Will not be buying again. Disappointed.

Socks are a good size and attractive colour but I had no idea they would be so thin. I will be looking to buy some thicker ones now.

Wrong size. Probably my fault. I realised when husband tried to put a sock on his sock machine. It had a thicker foot. Now have three pairs of the wrong sock. I will contact them. I thought they were reduced.

Nothing bad just the quality of the products are awful!

Cannot fought the socks they are lovely but the size change from 4/7 to now 4/8 is too big

Rather slow delivery, and they did not fit.
