The items I bought were not what I was expecting. Thin material, more like pop socks, rather than warm knitted cashmere socks that I thought I.was ordering.

Sockshop service would be improved if I actually received the items I ordered. I Ordered on the 14th and this review was requested on the 21st.

First wash vs first wear. Difference is quite clear and very disappointing. Hopefully they will still fit the kids and not all will be lost.

The socks were nowhere near soft topped and made deep marks in my legs. The shorts where I thought I'd ordered XL were L and were UNSATISFACTORY. I always bought soft top socks in the past from Sockshop but these don't seem to be available. unbelievably a few days later I got some from ALDI and they were fine!

Additionally these socks are not gentle cuff. Although we do supply gentle top socks that may be more suitable i.e our bamboo range. I hope this helps. Kind regards, SOCKSHOP

This company makes a lot of mistakes. The quality of the socks, were not great. They even sent me the wrong colour - I told them. No response.

buying the socks and delivery was fantastic ,but the first time of wearing the jeep wool sock a hole appeared not very happy

Please instruct Royal Mail not to take the items back to the delivery office. I can't get there because of work. That is the whole point of delivery. They can leave them at the door. It has been over a week and I still haven't had them delivered. It's only socks. 🙄

I put a large order in and in amongst this order I purchased three lots of three socks in a pack. One of these socks was faulty and was unravelling at the top. I sent photos showing this and the end result is I am going to be refunded for 1 pair. These three sets of three socks were presents for men.... now one set is of no use to me....
