Love the socks but I ordered 3 X short ones and was sent 2 X short and 1 X long. So I've had to return the long and I'm still waiting to hear if I'm getting a refund or another short one. A bit of a mess around getting to the post office etc
Ordering process and delivery time was ok.
The socks are fine but the delivery was too slow
Socks came quickly, not sure the quality is that good and they feel very thin.

Excellent quality socks. Packaged well and arrived promptly. Misleading item description of 2 x pairs of grey knee length socks in pack, as actually one black and one grey. Contacted customer services about this and a very rude young woman interrupted me when I was explaining, asking if she could speak and sighing! She was incredibly offish and unhelpful and for this I definitely would not use the Sockshop again. Every time I wear them I think of her and her rudeness when I put them on. Not customer friendly or professional. Shame. :(
Nice looking socks, unfortunately they keep disappearing under my feet when I walk.
The socks are built well and look like their picture; delivery and price excellent; but they are supposed to fit size 14 and they do not.
The socks were a birthday present so I can't answer in detail but they have elicited polite thanks. What does surprise me slightly is the list of items that you gave at the bottom of this message - I don't think my brother in law would have appreciated these. I have checked with him that the right items were delivered but it would have saved me trouble having to check this.

Good service, but I thought when I ordered a pack of denim socks I would get three pairs. I have one pair of denim, a dark blue pair and a navy blue pair. I would like to buy a set of three socks the same colour (several times possibly).

Lovely warm gloves but very difficult to get off. Also there were a couple of straggly threads at the seams.
Service was fine. Product was average. I am a small size 5 (UK) foot and found the range of socks in small sizes disappointing. Most womens socks are for size 5 - 8, and they are too big and so ruck up under the foot. I would like to see more socks in sizes designed for smaller feet, not socks designed to fit everyone (that fit no-one)
