Goods were delivered in a timely manner, but although they are quite comfortable I found them to be much thinner than other pairs I have bought

Unfortunately these leg warmers were not warm! They were also of poor quality, therefore making them sloppy. Very disappointed, as I would expect to buy from sick shop with confidence.

Service was very prompt but the item descriptions were poor and inaccurate. The Farah Luxury socks turned out to be full length, i.e. just under the knee and they had an elasticated top not a gentle grip top as described. The smooth toe seams however were extremely good. The Sockshop own brand gentle grip tops were just that, very good, but the toe seam was very prominent and not smooth as described. So, with unreliable descriptions I am unlikely to shop here again.

As stated below. They leave a mark around my legs as they have a tight top, unlike the soft tops

Delivery was quick however I wore a pair of the grey socks once and they got a hole as they were so thin

Received a text from Royal Mail saying my order (six pairs of men's boxers) would be delivered on Saturday between 10.51am and 1.51pm. Parcel never arrived. On Sunday received a request from Sockshop for a review of my order of 'men's socks' (!!). Pants have finally arrived on Monday (today).

Not easy to put on. Very thin. Need assistance to put on.

I'm waiting for a refund.

The item was described as size 6-11. I am size 11 and there was no way the sock would fit over my toes let alone the rest of my foot. Well under sized. For a named make this was a poor product. On the plus side, after return, the refund was rapid.

Products fine. Took 9 days to receive though. Despite paying for p&p. So probably a Royal Mail issue but I’ve never had any issues with Royal Mail before.

Very well packaged, efficient delivery, arrived during expected time slot. One of the pale pink socks had grubby mark on as though dropped on a dirty floor - but

Your website for the ladies socks I wanted to buy showed only men's sizes. When I called you to get clarification you were unable to help and failed to understand the problem.

Whilst I realise this was out of your control - I specifically paid for next day delivery to ensure it arrived before Christmas however the delivery wasn't made despite the occupants being home and a message to leave in the garage. The recipient however loved the socks when they eventually were able to collect them from the post office.

I have not received these yet as I inadvertently got them send to a click and collect who refused delivery. As far as I k ow they have been returned to you.

The socks were not as expected at all. They seem very big and roomy & yes I did buy the correct size but will not be ordering any more at all.
