Haven't received the goods yet
Quicker response to refunds please. Still no correspondence despite returning goods prior to Xmas. I know it’s been a tough year but just wanted to tell the truth and provide constructive feedback
Bought size 7-11 slipper socks for my husband, and the size was even too small for me (size 6).
Service was fine but socks slide down
The worst quality. The size 7-11 socks didn’t even fit me and I’m a size 4. Outrages so disappointed what a terrible Xmas present
Decent delivery time
My socks never arrived and I have contacted Sock Shop twice but had no reply or acknowledgement.
My daughter was delighted with them but the toe went through after 1 Hr of wear. Most disappointing gift of all. What a shame as I would have bought 2 more pairs...
I haven't received them yet, ordered on the 16th for my husband for Christmas, its Christmas and nothing.
Still not got package
Socks arrived quickly but when I washed the bed socks some sparkly yarn type stuff came off them and was all over my black socks and residue left all in the washing machine. Im mow having to deep clean the machine and rewash all the black socks. Not happy!!
faster delivery,still no idea when they will arrive.
10 days later no order received and no comms about its progress - not usual in today's customer service climate.
