My gift hasn't arrived yet - advent calendar of socks. I'm Canadian. USA Recipient is a battered woman who doesn't disclose her street address. Her mail goes to a post office box. Royal Mail handed off to *** UPS ***, not U S postal service! Never heard of such a thing, post offices deal with post offices! UPS courier won't deliver parcel to a ***. box, wants a ton of personal info from both of us, is holding parcel hostage. Seventeen days after dispatch, they won't budge - require recipient to open an account, disclose full lrgal name, address, phone number, her email, etc. Require same from ME. HOW COULD YOU DEAL WITH THOSE BANDITS AND NOT DISCLOSE SHIPPING NOT FUFILLED BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE?

Tried to buy twice from this company, both directly and also through their presence at Amazon, and on both occasions the orders were lost and never delivered. To their credit, once contacted, refunds were issued promptly. Most annoying though.

Service was quick and efficient. Pop socks ladder easily and don't hold up. They annoyingly slip down the calf minutes after they are pulled up.

I haven’t received my order and cannot get through to their helpline, and I get an error message when I try to email. Very shoddy services I I still haven’t received my order. (Ordered 19th November!!!)

The socks themselves were good. However the size guide is faulty. I bought for size 3-7. Sorry to say far too big for size 3 the heel was on the leg.
