i had three pairs of the wrong socks in my order.when i phoned to explain i was told to go on line to return them,this was so involved i found it easier to re order another three pairs. it appeared to be made so difficult that a person would do as i did.i believe the customer after service could be made easier.

Product good but website ordering and reply to queries very poor

Firstly I am aware that my experience is massively a problem with royal mail rather than sockshop but unfortunately I got a delivered message by RM on Thursday and as of today (tuesday) I still have not had my order. Zoe at sockshop has been very helpful and has sent me out my order again, hopefully once that arrives it will be fine. Not sockshop's fault directly but frustrating.

Fast delivery, easy returns service, but wanted replacement for incorrect size sent but was refunded instead, shame as it means I have to pay postage again.

Good range of socks. Fast delivery. I had recently bought diabetic socks for my Mum from this website & thought they looked comfy. At that point I found them via a drop down box ‘health’. That now seems to have gone and these socks don’t show in the shop. I had to search again & again trying different terminology to find them. Really rubbish search facility & took a long time to find what I was looking for. Really well hidden.

These are clean thought I better give some feedback. I noticed the quality was different to the set I order from John Lewis. The right grey pair are slightly different in colour and material thickness.

Nothing much to say about the service. Delivery was fast, although was left on the step outside the door by the delivery driver for anyone to easily take - but can’t say that’s SockShop’s fault.

The quality of the service and of the products was great but unfortunately the grey colour was't really as shown on the images. The grey socks were more like navy dark and the tights were blue grey not suitable for school uniform

The socks looked nice and arrived on time. I purchased them thinking they would be the same thickness as my previous bamboo socks, which were ideal. Unfortunately, they are so thin I would have to double them up to make them comfortable in my trainers, so they are being returned and I will look for some thicker socks. The thickness was 'standard' on your web page as opposed to 'thin' or 'medium'. Not happy with this purchase.

Delivery was prompt. Packaging was cheerful. Socks were not quite the colours I'd expected.

The socks arrived quickly and it was nice to get a free gift with the purchase, unfortunately the free gift I chose was a pair of socks and when they arrived the elastic was so tight they are unwearable, the elastic was also too tight on the socks I ordered but they were still wearable.
