Its not the service which I've always found really good its the quality of the product I ordered. I've always found your bamboo socks really good, soft and comfortable. The last ones have I found tight as if the composition of the material has been changed, it seems with less bamboo. Really disappointing

Product has not arrived and the confirmation email is form the all to popular "no reply" making if awkward to contact them to investigate. Also as they are paying Feefo I'd question if this negative review will remain on the site for other shoppers to see?

The socks were too small They are listed as size 6-11, I am an 11 and could not get them on. I cannot be bothered with the rigmarole of returning them so I gave them to my wife who is a size 5 and they fit her loosely so comfortably as a slipper sock.

I want to know which regime I'm buying from and there's no indication of that on the site. The ten pairs of Chinese ones went straight back. I also ordered two pairs which turned out to be from India. One pair fitted, but the other (honeycomb) had a jumble of threads inside, which combined with the tightness of the heel made it impossible to put them on, so my wife's had them. I was amused when a representative of Sockshop told me they didn't know where Sockshop branded socks with "made in China" on their labels were made.
