The sizing needs attention. I take a size 5 shoe the socks are size 4-8 shoe so when you put the socks on the heel comes up the back of your foot. When you put your boots on the heel is up the back of your leg. The first pair I have worn and there is a hole in what would be the toe seam. Glad they was reduced in price.

Paid for next day delivery and it was next day delivery prompt. Didn’t match description on line product much much too small supposed to fit men up to size 11 ridiculous don’t know if these slippers were wrongly sized but wouldn’t even fit size 6 very disappointed returned. Quality seemed acceptable.

The multi packs of socks haven't been used yet as they were bought for a gift. The free pair of ladies socks were very poor quality. Within 5 minutes a hole had formed in the for area. I had a pedicure in the same week, so my nails were not long or short.

Problems with website. I entered my delivery address, which was different to my billing address. Once the ordered was confirmed, the delivery address had reverted back to my billing address. I emailed amend@sockshop.co.uk to advise of this and had no response. The items arrived at my billing address this week.

When ordering I was asked if I wanted a message-I did this. The socks are a Christmas present for my husband but when they arrived there was absolutely no packaging and the message was on a pathetic bit of paper! I assumed the socks would have been in a nice box at the very least so I am very disappointed and wouldn’t order a present again-sorry

I am a gardener working outdoors in all weathers. i have bought a supply of Heat Holder original socks fromSock Shop for a few years now. This year they were unable to supply me with the size/colour combination that I have had in the past, and I found that they were less than helpful on the so-called customer helpline.
