I gave a good review before these sox that cost £11.99 per pair went in holes at the heel And the elastic cuff lost its elastic after a few months. I contacted Soxshop who said as This was after six months they won’t do anything about it. I spent £60 on five pairs so This customer service is discusting.

I only noticed today (Saturday 3rd October) that I'd had an email from Royal Mail saying they'd delivered the item last Saturday (26th September) at 13-09 we had no parcel outside our home when we returned in the evening around 5pm ish

Purchased 10 pairs of socks and every single pair had holes in after 1-3 washes, never had such awful quality products.

did not receive order, royal mail said incomplete address on parcel returned to sender. all details on account correct but order seems to have disappeared now. contacted sockshop several times no reply.

Disgusting. I ordered a birthday present but because I was abroad it sent it to the country I was in even though I had entered a uk address.

site good , service good , delivery very fast . have tried bamboo socks befor and cant get over how good they make my feet feel . ive had aching tierd and sweaty feet most of my life and having 5 kids ive been standing more than sitting . i dont know how it works , but they seem to keep fresh cool and comfortable all day . going to wear them from now on .oh and they look good and fit great . thank you
