I did not receive the bag that was supposed to come as a free gift with the socks that I bought.

Quick and easy, no hassle, will definitely order from them again. Only negative is that I work shifts so can’t always be in an they need it to be signed for whereas most the other places i order from are happy to post parcels or put them in the back garden of requested.

We put a birthday message in for our daughter and it arrived with no message so she had no idea who the socks were from...!!! Not very good to be honest - I would give you 2 stars but she liked the socks...

Having spent time ordering from internet site order would not accept confirmation of details and I had to phone the order in. Very frustrating.

Socks seem to be fine. Nice, thick and warm boot socks. Experience let down by postal service as they took my parcel back with them meaning I had to wait longer and take a trip to town to retrieve my parcel, not good.

These are amazing socks with the best underfoot cushing and cuffs that do not dig into your legs and would be very comfortable but they are way to big. I can not wear them and i am a shoe size 6. Very disappointed and would have ordered more if they were smaller.

My daughter loves these socks as she very sensitive to how things feel. Was disappointed to see that you have changed these socks, the elasticated tops are very wide on the ones without the SockShop logo on. I’m planning to wash one pair to see if they shrink before opening the other 5 pairs. Fingers crossed as the current pairs we have are wearing out!!!

I have used Sock Shop previously and was very satisfied. Having tracked this delivery I was advised the package was with the Sorting Office on 10th Oct and should be delivered that day. I am still awaiting delivery by Royal Mail and am trying to ascertain when I will receive the item. Obviously a Royal Mail problem not Sock Shop's

The socks eventually arrived via Royal Mail and, as with a previous order, I am very pleased with them and will definitely place further orders in the future

I had to wait 8 days in total, last week I ordered a Barbour waxed jacket from Country Attire in U K and it arrived 2 days later also free delivery on a heavy parcel, no more to say, except that the socks appear good quality, they only arrived this morning so I have not had chance to wear them yet. Delivery arrived quickly however I was promised a free gift which wasn't in the box. I emailed them but no reply. I k ow it was a FREE gift but don't advertise this if it's not the case!
